A growler of the West Sixth Brewing Stout that will be made into Milk Chocolate Stout ice cream this weekend for Mother’s Day. I’m very excited to try this combination since it is the first time I get to use a beer in my ice cream that is from a local brewery. West Sixth Brewery is a great local brewery in the Lexington community AND it is a bike friendly location. Bikes and beer for the win!

Changes To Pedal Sassy
Pedal Sassy is officially a brand now. You might notice a few changes to the blog in the up coming months. I assure you there is still a love for bikes but now it might include a few sweet treats, especially ice cream. Lots of ice cream.
